DMCA Policy

1. Introduction

Lawnify ("we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content hosted on Lawnify infringes your copyright, please submit a written notification containing the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
• A description of the material that you claim is infringing, including the specific URL(s) or other information sufficient for us to locate the material on our service.
• Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature (or the signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner).

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent containing the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the original party does not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Lawnify maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our service or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
